We have very limited variety available on these first few boxes. But in true gardening fashion the garden will start exploding with an abundant amount of veggies in July. Trust me soon your boxes will be holding the maximum counts of veggies.

Ozette Fingerling Potatoes (The Ozette potato (or Makah Ozette) is a rare, knobby heirloom fingerling variety with a rich, nutty flavor and creamy texture. Brought directly from South America by Spanish explorers in 1791, it was cultivated for over two centuries by the Makah Tribe in Washington state. 

Taste: Dense, moist flesh with a flavor reminiscent of roasted chestnuts

Cooking: Excellent for roasting, pan-frying, and mashing.

Preparation: Do not peel them. Simply scrub the thin skin clean to retain maximum fiber, Vitamin C, and B6.
