It’s that time of year! Our first CSA boxes are headed out this Thursday. Here is what you can expect in your box this week (of course if an item is on your “No” list we will substitute accordingly). This week is easy: you just stop by and pick up your box. Next week you will need to bring back your box (folded down) and leave it at the drop location when you pick up your new box.
I will be posting a few recipes during the week as well. Please share any yummy recipes you have too.
If you need to cancel your box you have until Tuesday night, email me at glorybfarms.csa@gmail.com . Also if you have any questions please email me. We have 81 customers this year. So getting 81 boxes out the door on Thursday is quite the undertaking.

No Chioggia beets or artichokes, please. Snow peas, green onions, rhubarb or extra lettuce would be lovely. What ever makes an equal swap. Thanks Ann
I ditto Ann Saari’s choices above.
No mint or lettuce this week please. Can duplicate, radishes, onions or beets please. Thanks
I rarely look at Facebook. Is there another way I can see what to expect in box?
Got it. The website always has the box contents posted by Sunday evening.
my lettuce wilted immediately after I washed it and put in the refrigerator ….what should I have done different to keep it fresh?
Try soaking it in cold water for a half an hour and then dry it off. It is a very tender leaf lettuce but usually that will refresh it.
Here is a link to an article about perking up lettuce.
