Cabbage is an underrated vegetable in my opinion. It is so versatile! You can use it raw in a salad, add to soups to bulk it up with out added noodles, or use it as a side dish. One of my easy and quick dinners is to fry up some onion and cabbage and add some of those yummy chicken sausages or kielbasa. Dinner is ready in 15-20 minutes and all in one pan which makes for an easy clean up. What is your favorite cabbage dish?

This is a very flexible recipe. I have used ground beef , sausage, dice ham or even bacon. You can even add a few eggs to the dish as well. Just scramble them up in a corner of the pan just like you do in fried rice. It is a great recipe to use up any leftover veggies that are hanging out in your fridge. You can’t go wrong. Make this dish your own by adjusting the seasonings to suit your taste as well.
