RASPBERRIES!!! Limited quantities (we will also offer them next week as well) So claim them early. If you miss this weeks cut off I will put you at the top of the list for next week. We will pick on Wednesday afternoon so I will confirm with you on Wednesday night. Raspberries are $30 per flat $18 per half flat. A flat is 12- 1/2 pint containers.

This is a tip from one of our longtime CSA customers Hollie.

It you have lots of fresh herbs from your garden or CSA this time of year preserve them by making herb salt! It can go in pasta sauces, be mixed with olive oil to rub meat and chicken with before you cook it or pretty much anything that you put herbs and salt in. This one has parsley, basil, rosemary, and green onion. 1/4 cup salt to 1 cup roughly chopped herbs. It will stay fresh and green like this for a year in the fridge.
